Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for choosing EduLinkUp's Internship Program. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for the application fee paid during the registration process.

Non-Refundable Application Fee

The application fee paid during registration is strictly non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or decision not to participate after payment
  • Failure to meet the eligibility criteria discovered post-payment
  • Application rejection based on merit or availability
  • Withdrawal from the program after acceptance
  • Failure to join the WhatsApp group or access learning materials
  • Personal reasons including time constraints or scheduling conflicts

Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If payment was deducted multiple times due to a technical glitch
  • Program Cancellation: If EduLinkUp cancels the entire cohort before the start date

Note on Medical Emergencies: If you have a serious medical condition preventing participation, instead of a refund, you may be shifted to the next cohort free of cost (one-time only). Proper medical documentation is required. See Internship Terms for details.

Refund Process (For Exceptional Cases)

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above:

  1. Email us at support@edulinkup.com within 7 days of payment
  2. Include your transaction ID, registered email, and detailed explanation
  3. Attach any supporting documentation (medical certificates, screenshots, etc.)
  4. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • Application fees are used to cover administrative costs and platform maintenance
  • Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of EduLinkUp management
  • Bank processing charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice
