Campus Ambassador Terms & Conditions

Terms for participating in our Campus Ambassador program

1. Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote EduLinkUp programs and courses within your campus and community
  • Share referral links and track sign-ups through your unique code
  • Represent EduLinkUp professionally and ethically
  • Provide feedback and insights about student needs and preferences
  • Maintain active engagement with the CA community and team

2. Eligibility & Duration

  • Must be a current college/university student
  • Good academic standing and social media presence preferred
  • Program tenure: Typically 2 months per cohort, with possibility of extension
  • EduLinkUp reserves the right to approve or reject applications

3. Rewards & Recognition

3.1 Reward Tiers & Eligibility

  • Earn referral points for every successful and completed internship application submission
  • Novice (<10 referrals): Not eligible for certificate or rewards - keep pushing!
  • Bronze Tier (10 referrals): Minimum tier to be eligible for Campus Ambassador certificate + Access to exclusive CA community
  • Silver Tier (30 referrals): ₹349 Amazon Voucher + Certificate of Achievement + Priority support
  • Gold Tier (50 referrals): ₹399 Amazon Voucher + Premium Swag Kit (Stickers, Card, Bottle) + Certificate of Excellence
  • Platinum Tier (75 referrals): ₹499 Amazon Voucher + Enhanced Swag Kit (Notebook, Pen, Mug, Stickers) + Certificate of Excellence + Social Media Shoutout
  • Diamond Tier (100 referrals): ₹599 Amazon Voucher + Premium Swag Kit (All Gold + Platinum items + Bottle) + Letter of Recommendation + Featured on Website + Social Media Shoutout
  • Emerald Tier (150 referrals): ₹749 Amazon Voucher + Ultimate Swag Kit (All Diamond items + Laptop Stand) + Letter of Recommendation + Featured on Website + Social Media Shoutout + Free Internship Opportunity

3.2 Referral Validity

  • Only successful internship application submissions that are fully completed and payment received will count as valid referrals
  • Incomplete, abandoned, or unpaid applications will not be counted toward referral milestones
  • Referrals are subject to verification for authenticity and compliance with program guidelines

3.3 Milestone-Based Reward Claiming

  • Campus Ambassadors can claim any combination of rewards from Silver tier and above, as long as their total referral count covers the sum
  • Bronze tier is not a claimable reward - it's simply the minimum threshold for certificate eligibility
  • Mathematical Example with 86 referrals:
    • Option 1: 2× Silver (30 each = 60) + leftover 26 referrals
    • Option 2: 1× Platinum (75) + leftover 11 referrals
    • Option 3: 1× Gold (50) + 1× Silver (30) = 80, leftover 6 referrals
    • Option 4: 2× Silver (30 each = 60) + leftover 26 referrals (can use leftover for revenue sharing if >10)
    • Many other combinations possible!
  • You can claim the same tier multiple times as long as your total referrals support it (e.g., with 90 referrals, you could claim 3× Silver = 90)
  • Strategic claiming allows you to optimize your reward selection based on your preferences and maximize value
  • The "up to 2 Silver" in the example simply means that's the maximum number of Silver tier rewards mathematically possible with 86 referrals while leaving leftover for potential revenue sharing

3.4 Leftover Referral Revenue Sharing

  • If you have leftover referral count after claiming your desired rewards, you're eligible for additional benefits
  • Condition: Leftover referral count must exceed 10 to qualify
  • Reward: Receive 10% of the revenue generated from those leftover referrals in the form of Amazon Vouchers
  • This incentivizes ambitious CAs to go beyond milestone requirements while maintaining flexibility in reward selection

3.5 Reward Delivery Timeline

  • Amazon Vouchers: Delivered within 72 hours of reward claim confirmation
  • Physical Swag & Leftover Rewards: Dispatched only after the Campus Ambassador tenure concludes (typically 2 months)
  • If voucher delivery is delayed beyond 72 hours, please contact us at support@edulinkup.dev

3.6 Reward Modification & Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to unclaim or modify a reward selection, you must contact us at support@edulinkup.dev within 24 hours of claiming
  • Requests received after 24 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances
  • Once Amazon Vouchers are issued, they cannot be reversed or exchanged

3.7 Reward Representation Disclaimer

  • Images of swag, goodies, and rewards displayed on our website and promotional materials are for illustration purposes only
  • Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, color, brand, or design
  • The quality, type, and specific items included in swag packs may vary based on stock availability, vendor partnerships, and procurement logistics
  • EduLinkUp reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if originally advertised items become unavailable
  • We strive to maintain consistency and quality across all reward distributions

4. Code of Conduct

  • No spamming or unethical promotion tactics
  • No misleading claims about EduLinkUp programs
  • Respect privacy and data protection guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications
  • Report any issues or violations to the team immediately

5. Termination & Suspension

  • EduLinkUp may suspend or terminate ambassadors for policy violations
  • Fraudulent referrals will result in immediate disqualification
  • Ambassadors can resign anytime with 7 days notice
  • Unredeemed points may be forfeited upon termination

6. Intellectual Property

  • All EduLinkUp brand assets remain property of EduLinkUp
  • Ambassadors must use approved marketing materials only
  • No unauthorized modifications to brand content
  • Proper attribution required when sharing EduLinkUp content

7. Data & Privacy

  • Personal information will be handled per Privacy Policy
  • Referral data is confidential and for tracking purposes only
  • Ambassadors must not misuse user data obtained through the program

8. Agreement

By accepting these terms, you agree to act as a Campus Ambassador for EduLinkUp and abide by all policies outlined above. EduLinkUp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice to active ambassadors.
